The majority of our products are not recommended for persons under the age of 18. The following statements apply to the majority of products - please refer to the individual containers for more information. Persons taking prescription medication or antidepressants. Persons with a sensitivity to caffeine. Anyone with an expected or diagnose health condition or eating disorder, especially high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or hyperthyroidism. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating mothers.

When will I start to notice the effects of my products?

Depending on the product, results for most supplements and weight-loss products vary from person to person and from product to product. We suggest reading customer reviews on different product pages to get an idea of what kind of results others are achieving.

Will your products affect my medication? I have had bad reactions to supplements in the past, and/or I am pregnant.

Before embarking on a change of diet or taking any kind of tablet or supplement, please check with your doctor, GP or nurse beforehand.

I placed an order, but never received it

Please contact us in the unlikely event of a parcel not being delivered. If you requested online order tracking from us, please contact us for the parcel tracking link if you did not receive it in your email. Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email or phone us requesting it to be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.

What company does Evolution Slimming use to deliver packages?

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries, as well as couriers such as DHL on larger orders. Orders being shipped outside of the UK will be delivered by DHL or your country's postal service.

How long does shipping take?

UK deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 days with 1st class, or 2-4 days with 2nd class. Next day delivery is available when ordered before 1pm. Deliveries outside of the UK usually arrive within 7 days to European countries, or 10-14 business days to the rest of the world. DHL delivery is available for most countries, which is usually delivered within 1-3 days by air.

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

We'll keep you updated on the status of your order throughout your order journey, usually via email. If you use Facebook Messenger to chat with us, you can also choose to receive order updates automatically via Messenger.
